This place is incredible. Everything is fresh. Juices are amazing. They make their own chicken-fried steak. Their hash is fantastic. Sandra, and Teresa, the owner, are both wonderful. Support local restaurants.

It has been many years since I've been to this restaurant but I decided to go back since a friend was visiting from another part of the city. The food was absolutely stellar with the poached eggs being done to perfection and everything highly seasoned. Usually poached eggs come out very watery so I was extremely impressed. They also gave me a little sample of the smoothie my friend had which was 100% juice. Absolutely delicious. The staff were extremely inviting and you could tell that they took a lot of pride in the restaurant and the food it provides. For the quality and the amount of food you get, the price is extremely reasonable especially for the area. I haven't had their signature oatmeal shake in a long time and didn't get it this time around either. But I'll need to come back and try it again. I remember it being quite the treat.

Possibly the best chilaquiles I’ve had to date, authentic Mexican flavors, fresh and big portions. Staff there are friendly and attentive. We will be back 100%.

The service is always great: fast and friendly. The chilaquiles are my favorite in town. Trust me, I grew up in Mexico City and the people at Tiztal know what they’re doing. The place is small and they don’t take reservations. So there is usually a wait. They will take your number and call you when your table is ready!

The hype over the Chilaquiles is real. This little Cafe is amazing. The service is top notch, and the food is delicious. Price is a bit high, 75 for two including tip, but worth it. The salsa Verde was tangy and done perfectly. The house made chip were light and crispy. The chorizo was flavorful, but not greasy like it is elsewhere. The Mexican Hot chocolate was perfect. We got a Smoothie and Oatmeal shake to go... it is what they started on... and they were very good. Highly recommend. On Sunday at 10am, we experienced less than a 30 min wait.

I’ve been wanting to come here for so long and it was so worth it! The breakfast potatoes are amazing, exceptionally delicious I ordered tortillas, pico de gallo and salsa roja with it to make a breakfast taco- yum! I also had the vampiro juice; it was so delightful, so fresh and healthy! Beautiful decor and outdoor patio, wonderful service. I’m looking forward to another brunch here

literally the best breakfast i've ever had the chilaquiles are *insanely* delicious. every component on the plate from the salsa to the steak to the potatoes was 11/10. fantastic, i'll take 17 i had the pecan oatmeal shake and would like to try their smoothies, but after having the shake i don't know how i'm going to let myself get any drink other than that whenever i go. SO good.
